Refunds

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 1 hour from the time of purchase.
  • Returns are accepted within a 30-day period from the date of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
  • The following items are not eligible for returns:
    • Customized or made-to-order products.
    • Final sale items.
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item.

Returns

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
  • Foundation sticks cannot be returned if opened or tried due to hygiene reasons. Only unopened, sealed foundation sticks in their original packaging are eligible for return.
  • The following items are not eligible for returns:
    • Opened or used foundation sticks (hygiene policy)
    • Customized or made-to-order products
    • Final sale items
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item.
  • If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider's policies.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us via email at info@avaliaskin.com for instructions.
