PROCESSING TIME
- Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
- High Volume Periods: During promotional events, product launches, or holiday seasons, processing times may extend to 3-5 business days. We'll notify you of any delays.
- Order Confirmation: You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. A separate shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

- Delivery Time: 7-11 business days after shipment

Insured Shipping
- Covered against damage and loss
- Delivery Time: 7-11 business days after shipment

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed and shipped. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

- Australia

- UAE
International Orders: Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or by contacting our customer support team at info@avaliaskin.com
Tracking Updates: Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to update tracking information in their system.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS & ADDRESS CHANGES
- Before Shipment: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@avaliaskin.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn't been processed yet.
- After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address or cancel the shipment. Please ensure your shipping information is correct before completing your purchase.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Delivered Packages: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building management
- Look around your delivery location (porches, mailrooms, etc.)
- Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number
- If you still can't locate your package after 48 hours, contact us at info@avaliaskin.com
While Valaria is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, we'll work with you to find a resolution, which may include filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Stolen Packages: We recommend shipping to a secure location or using package tracking to monitor delivery. Valaria is not liable for stolen packages, but we're here to help you explore options.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item:
- Take photos of the damaged product and packaging
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@avaliaskin.com
- Include your order number and photos in your email
We'll arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided by customer
- Failed delivery attempts (customer unavailable)
- Refusal of package
We will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment fees may apply if the return was due to customer error.
HOLIDAY & PEAK SEASON SHIPPING
During high-volume periods (Black Friday, holidays, product launches), please expect:
- Longer processing times (up to 5-7 business days)
- Potential carrier delays
- High customer service volume
We recommend placing holiday orders early to ensure timely delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery by specific dates, including holidays, unless explicitly stated at checkout.
PO BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES (APO/FPO/DPO)
We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses. Please note:
- Delivery times may be longer
- Tracking may be limited once packages enter military postal systems
- Some shipping options may not be available
